HUMAN DESIGN
An excellent tool for understanding our info-energetic structure, the abilities we naturally depend on, and where we are most vulnerable to outside influence, risking the trap of playing a role that simply isn't right for us.
I CHING
An ancient Chinese oracle and philosophical text, over 3,000 years old. Built on 64 hexagrams representing the fundamental patterns of life, it explores change, balance, and flow. Used for guidance and self-reflection, it also forms the foundation of modern systems like Human Design and Gene Keys, bridging timeless wisdom with contemporary self-understanding.
Hi there,
My name is Orlando Daniel Stoicescu, and I'm a Gene Keys Ambassador with a deep passion for Human Design (based on the original revelation, not the Jovian Archives/IHDS version) and I Ching. I've been working with these transformative tools for the past 10 years — since 2015 — and they've profoundly shaped the way I understand myself and the people around me.
I'm from Romania, where I've been actively sharing this work with others. Over the years, I've facilitated, alone and alongside dear friends, 13 retreats based on the Activation Sequence (3–4 months each), 9 retreats based on the Venus Sequence (6 months each), and 8 retreats based on the Pearl Sequence (4 months each). I've also run many shorter courses exploring Gene Keys, Human Design, I Ching, and behavioural patterns.
Since 2018, I've been a Gene Keys Ambassador, and I've had the joy of hosting various retreats, including the Sage retreat.
With this website, I'm bringing my experience and many of the courses and programs I've developed in Romania to an international audience. We're living through some truly interesting times, and I believe that Gene Keys, Human Design, and I Ching can help us navigate them with more ease, clarity, and grace.
In 2025, I launched my first book, which will be available in English in Autumn 2026: Are We Suckers? A Manifesto About Genius in a World That Doesn't Recognise It.
What I propose is The Path of Genius — a path where we live out our true potential, rather than playing homogenised roles that only drive us further apart.

DECODE YOUR CHILD
Discover your child’s unique design through Gene Keys and Human Design and learn how to support their natural way of being.
Parents so often want nothing more than to do what is best for their child or children. And yet there are moments when they simply don't understand why their child reacts a certain way, why they sometimes shut down, why at other times they seem so sensitive, or why certain things deeply motivate them while others don't.
Every child is unique. They don't come into this world as a blank page, but with their own inner structure, a distinct sensitivity, a natural way of making decisions and certain patterns inherited from their family.
Through Gene Keys and Human Design, we can discover a subtle map of the child, a perspective that helps us see them more clearly and support them in alignment with their true nature.

Codes of a good relationship
The Ring of Union brings together four Gene Keys: 7, 4, 59, and 29. In this 90-minute course, I will walk you through a I CHING based sequence built around these Gene Keys to help you contemplate your relationships and what you can do to nurture them.
Pluto through a GENE KEYS lens
A contemplation about your Pluto activation, your longest "lesson" and how it may impact you. This is a contemplation of your personality Pluto activation (black Pluto in Human Design). You will receive a contemplation about each of the 6 lines activated by Pluto and also how you can interpret the Gene Key.
THE MOON THROUGH A GENE KEYS LENS
A contemplation about the moon and how we are moved through it's program. You will receive a contemplation about each of the 6 lines activated by the Moon and also how you can interpret the Gene Key.
CHIRON THROUGH A GENE KEYS LENS
An experimentational contemplation about one of the deep misteries of our lives: the Chiron placement. For this course, if you don't know where to get Chiron activation, please email me at: contact@orlandostoicescu.com before you start the course.
You will receive a contemplation about each of the 6 lines activated by Chiron and also how you can interpret the Gene Key.
CODON RING OF TRIALS
These are the STOP codons in the DNA, 12, 33 and 56. You will receive a contemplation of these three Gene Keys and how the impact you but also the collective.
